New Technique worked “Brilliantly”

Hi Gang,

I was keen to try out a new technique where I could create a silky water effect in the middle of the day where slow shutter speeds were impossible without using a 10 stop neutral density filter (I really do  despise all lens filters).

I think the effect worked very nicely – You be the judge.
